This 40 m2 apartment in the 18th arrondissement of Paris had not been renovated in years.
The layout of the rooms did not correspond to contemporary usage, and the bathroom was far too small for everyday use.
The entire floor plan was redesigned to create an open-plan living area and a larger bathroom.
All the electrical, plumbing and gas systems were redesigned, and energy-saving renovations were also integrated into the project.
Numerous bespoke fittings were designed: headboards, dressing rooms, cupboards... And the lighting fixtures added to the renovation provide the finishing touch, perfectly complementing the overall look.
