Two off-plan apartments that had to be combined, a cold, charmless space that had to be warmed up, huge rooms that had to be partitioned off to create 4 bedrooms, and terraces that had to be integrated for sunny days. These contemporary apartments were a real challenge! The staircase and its location were the fruit of lengthy discussions and research to find its ideal shape and style. The reception room is the meeting place for the whole family, and had to offer a variety of activity areas (reading, TV, family games...).
The bedrooms were each decorated with their own distinct ambience, allowing each child to project him or herself into his or her own world, and the parents to find themselves in a real cocoon.
