For this design duplex under the roofs, we had to modernize a few elements like the fireplace and this custom-made bookcase around it, to conceal a TV and store collections. Works of art enhance the decor.

To highlight these contemporary works, blond woods and smooth, pure-white walls reveal these choice pieces. For these art collectors, the setting had to be perfect. For this kitchen overlooking the courtyard, we opted for waxed concrete on the floor, champagne-colored kitchen fronts, and grayish wood columns adding their play of textures.
The bedroom in this Dupleix design with rooftop views, with its slightly sloping ceiling, offers a warm atmosphere thanks to custom woodwork in honeyed wood.
