Imagine yourself facing a sensational view of Lake Geneva, as a minimalist, contemporary villa sublimates the natural environment. The ideal picture for this second home for a family of four.
The difficulty of this project lay in harmonizing the minimalist architectural lines with the richness of the landscape. We therefore chose to work on a constant architectural dialogue between interior and exterior. Each of the rooms is treated on a base of white against which a strong, contrasting hue is contrasted.
Our intervention also extended to the complete landscaping of the exteriors. A garden lounge was installed at ground level to reinforce the connection with the lake. The use of raw materials in keeping with the architecture of the site is softened by an enveloping bench seat.
