LIBERATION - NADIA USAI
A top-to-bottom renovation for this 4-room apartment opposite the pretty Plessis Robinson market. Nestled on the 5th floor of a modern building, the clients called on Nadia Usai to give soul and character to the living spaces and redistribute the layout.
The creation of the entrance was obvious from the very first meeting, as the apartment opened up to the outside. The proposal to create an entrance with a custom-made bench seat and built-in storage in a rounded half partition seduced the customers and gives a WOW effect as soon as the apartment door is opened. The choice of materials, colors, fabrics and lighting contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The beautiful oak skylight we designed separates the dining room from the kitchen, and lets us glimpse the kitchen through its fluted glass.
Made-to-measure joinery hugs the walls of every room to adapt to customers' needs and requests: the entrance bench with its storage cupboards, the sideboard with its tall modules in the dining room, the bookcase in the living room and the headboard in the master bedroom are created according to plans and choices of materials and colors.
The completely renovated bathrooms offer a wellness area in two different styles, in keeping with the apartment's style.
