Marguerite and her family move into this Cenonnaise house in the heart of a family neighborhood. She particularly appreciates the reflections on lighting and 20th century design.
Design and project management for the complete renovation of a 136m2 house (initial surface area 93m2).
Gain of 43m2 by cleverly reintegrating lost space on the first floor and garage.
The traditional house on a 60s housing estate has been redesigned as a vacation home.
Everything has been opened up and rearranged, keeping only the central stone staircase. In all, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a generous laundry room have been fitted out.
