PARIS 7 - CLARA LEROY-PEREIRA DESIGN
This Haussmann-style apartment in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, purchased "as is", was completely opened up while retaining its signature moldings and parquet flooring. The kitchen opened onto the living room instead of a bathroom, and 3 bedrooms were created instead of 2.
A bathroom has been created so that the children can enjoy their own.
A challenge met for a project that lasted several months, and magnified by bespoke joinery.
