GRENELLE - STUDIO GAZELLES
In the heart of Paris's 6th arrondissement, a 220 m² Haussmann apartment underwent a targeted transformation of 100 m² to reorganize the kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The kitchen was relocated near the secondary entrance to facilitate access and create a functional, convivial living space.
Equipped with the same line-ups of existing high-end furniture, it blends harmoniously with the dining room, where a round solid wood table and designer chairs encourage meals with family and friends. The master bedroom has been redesigned to offer a warm, intimate space. A bespoke dressing room, separated from the bedroom by a glass roof, incorporates full-height mirrors and benches, creating a fluid, luminous transition. On either side of the bed, oak bookcases add an elegant, personal touch, and the lighting combines natural light and discreet fixtures to reinforce comfort and modernity.
The bathroom has been completely renovated with a white Bissazza mosaic covering walls and floor, creating a luminous and refined effect. The black faucet contrasts with the bright white of the mosaic and emphasizes the clean lines of the shower, combining aesthetics and functionality.
Restored solid oak parquet enhances the Haussmannian cachet, while walls in neutral tones reflect light and visually enlarge spaces. The glass roof, mirrors and bookcases create a subtle balance between classic elegance and contemporary interventions.
