Estiluz

Estiluz is a Spanish brand born of a fine family history. In the beginning, the company was just a small mechanical metallurgy workshop located in Sant Joan de les Abadesses and run by the Masdeu family's father, Anton. One of his two sons, Gérard, was to take over, but his taste for business and design led him to expand the company into the creation of high-end, decorative designer lighting fixtures. Founded in 1969, the company is now family-run: Gérard is the designer, and the father and brother work on the manufacturing side, using their talents as metallurgists.

Their creations quickly attracted attention, and they were soon in demand at major international design fairs. They also collaborate with many contemporary designers, such as the duo Serge and Robert Cornelissen and Ximo Roca, to name but a few, while continuing to manufacture their own creations.

Their aim is to offer functional, easy-to-use luminaires combined with high-end, modern, refined design that can be integrated into all areas of your home, as well as more professional spaces.

The combination of glass and metal that characterizes their collection makes for timeless, robust and elegant designs, thanks to the use of these materials giving them both elegance and aesthetic simplicity. They also insist on the ecological dimension of their production through the use of LED and recyclable materials.
