Anatomy Design is a design studio founded by Megan Hesse and Andrea Kleinloog in 2010 in South Africa.
At its inception, the studio initially focused on interior design and then the two designers opened a showroom in Johannesburg as many of their designs began to garner interest.
Anatomy Design Studio, showcases and sells an exclusive range of high-end furniture and lighting, most of which is locally made. Many of the products are well thought out and woven into the details of the space, materials used such as brass with inspiration drawn from laboratory equipment. The Lab Light lamp collection, for example, represents the brand's philosophy, a philosophy that earned the Lab Light Table lamp the title of South Africa's most beautiful object in 2010.
