Javier Herrero is a Spanish designer born in Valencia in 1981. He is renowned for his innovative approach to industrial design, particularly in the fields of lighting and furniture. After graduating in industrial design engineering from Cardenal Herrera CEU, he continued his training at the Politecnico di Milano, where he was influenced by renowned designers such as Enzo Mari and Massimo Morozzi.
In 2004, Herrero co-founded his first studio, Ebualà, before setting up his own studio, Javier Herrero Studio, in 2009. His work is characterized by a minimalist aesthetic, careful attention to materials, and a desire to combine functionality and durability.
