Jonas Birkebæk Poulsen is a Danish designer specializing in interiors, concepts and development. From an early age, he showed a keen interest in creation and design, which led him to earn a Master's degree in Industrial Design from the Design School Kolding in Denmark in 2012.
In 2013, Jonas co-founded the Anker design studio, collaborating with several renowned Nordic brands such as Muuto, Menu and Frandsen. His approach to design is distinguished by the fusion of aesthetics and functionality, creating memorable pieces that resonate with users. He firmly believes that good design is the kind you remember and fall in love with.
One of his notable creations is the Koi collection for Frandsen. Inspired by Japanese elegance and Scandinavian minimalism, the Koi suspension features a delicate opal glass shade, enhanced by refined metallic accents. The name "Koi", meaning sophistication in Japanese, perfectly reflects the grace and simplicity of this lamp, bringing a warm, sophisticated ambience to contemporary interiors.
