Josep Poblet is a passionate designer who embodies the alliance between craftsmanship and innovation. Collaborating with Luxcambra, a brand renowned for its expertise in the creation of exceptional lighting fixtures, he designs pieces where the balance of form, the warmth of materials and the emotion of light come together.
After studying economics and music, Josep Poblet began his career as a designer when he decided to leave his office job and return to manual labor, as he had done as a child. Influenced by his family's trades - the earth, machines, the workshop - he often draws on these origins for the perception and meaning of his proposals. He currently combines teaching at design schools and collaborating with other studios with the activity of his own studio, which he started in Barcelona and moved to his hometown of Vila-seca in 2022.
His approach to design is based on a refined, timeless aesthetic, highlighting noble materials such as wood, metal and ceramics. Each creation reflects a search for harmony between functionality and artistic expression, offering fixtures capable of transforming a space with their subtle, elegant presence.
Josep Poblet places particular importance on durability and manufacturing quality.
