Lorenza Bozzoli was born in Milan. She attended the Art Academy of Brera, where she graduated in the 80s. In 1985, she began working as a stylist for Fiorucci, Basile, Plein Sud, Sergio Rossi and Camper. In 1996, she dedicated herself passionately to industrial design, collaborating with international companies such as Alessi, Dedon, Moooi, Dilmos, Colè, Tato, Spazio Pontaccio and Tog. She has participated in numerous exhibitions in Italy (Triennale, Milan) and abroad (Cooper Hewitt, New York). In 2013, she won the European Award for Excellent Sustainable Design organised by the European Economic and Social Committee for her chair Phaedrus designed for Dedon. She has lectured at the IED (European Institute of Design) on the possibilities of trend integration into creative strategy. She lives and works in Milan in her studio Foro Bonaparte 54. In 2015, she started her collaboration with the Slamp lighting firm, designing the La Lollo collection.
