Mariana Pellegrino Soto was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She studied at the Italian high school Agostino Codazzi until its scientific maturity. At the age of 18, she moved to Italy to start a university career in product design at the Rome office of the Istituto Europeo di Design. During the three-year period she took part in the Erasmus program to study a semester at the Institute's Barcelona office.
She participates and wins a competition at the university for the design of a glass water bottle "Aqua Santa Maria" (for the company Sayachi Group of Companies), and won the prize for best packaging of Global Bottled Water Awards 2016.
During the last academic year, the thesis project was carried out in collaboration with the company Oluce, which, once having chosen his project, developed it until the final realization of the product. She currently works as a design developer at F & N Compositi.
