With Tunto, Mikko aims to dive even deeper into innovative and timeless design and come up with innovative creations that combine wood and modern technology – all in the unique spirit that has earned Tunto its worldwide fame. He has won several awards such as the Red Dot Award in 2009, Good Design Award in 2009 and the Green Good Design Award in 2010.
