A graduate of the Pratt Institute in New York with a degree in fashion design, Jeremy Scott launched his eponymous brand in Paris in 1997 and quickly made a name for himself with his bold, pop, and kitsch aesthetic. Appointed creative director of the Italian fashion house Moschino from 2013 to 2023, he infused haute couture with humor and irony.
In 2018, he collaborated with Italian furniture manufacturer Kartell to transform Moschino’s iconic teddy bear into a luminous work of art: the Toy table lamp, crafted from technopolymer and bearing the ironic slogan “This is not a Moschino toy.”
