Noé Duchaufour Lawrance

The designer Noé Duchaufour Lawrance was born in Mende, France, on July 25, 1974. He studied at various institutions, the Lycée Kerichen in Brest, then the National School of Applied Arts and Crafts (Ensaama) and the National School of Decorative Arts (Ensad). He graduated in metal sculpture as well as arts and crafts. During his studies, Noé Duchaufour Lawrance uses his advantageous physique to rub shoulders with the world of modeling and make ends meet.

From his first steps in the artistic field, the young man opts for projects beyond the French borders. He began to make a name for himself internationally, taking care of the design of the Sketch restaurant in the UK in 2002. This achievement will earn him the Best Design Award from Time Out and Hotel. & Restaurant Mag.

In 2003 and 2007, he won numerous awards for his work. Despite his young age, and having started in the profession when he was only twenty-five years old, Noé Duchaufour Lawrance was able to win. It is illustrated in designs and achievements as diverse as non-standard, decorations and architectures of restaurants, airports. But also the design of furniture beds, vases, lamps, asserting around the world as a sure value of contemporary design.

In Paris, for example, he was entrusted with the design of the restaurant "Le Ciel de Paris" on the 56th floor of the Tour Montparnasse or the VIP lounge of Air France. In 2010, it is the house Yves Saint Laurent who chooses to decide his architectural identity while he draws for Baccarat, the luminaire Remanence. Moreover, his realization of the Corvo chair with Bernhardt Design will earn him that year a Gold Award.
