Raimond Puts is a lighting designer. Fascinated by technical science since his youngest age. He was trained during his technical studies in the craft industry of the metallurgy and, thanks to this, a new world opened for him.

About thirty years ago, he began to build models from cheap materials such as iron blades, mosquito nets and paper. He was attracted by the challenges of creating shapes and geometric patterns.

Over the years, he has experimented with all kinds of shapes and materials. He seeks solutions to the practical problems he encounters with patience and determination. Over the years, its constructions have become more refined and, using LED technology, Raimond found an extremely productive combination. In his work, he seeks to link beauty and functionality.

His objects are like models for a world in which everything is connected to everything else. Everything fits perfectly. This simplicity of design has prompted him to continue looking for new constructions. In them, he found peace and continuous surprises.

In 2010, Raimond Puts won the best Woonproduct prize with its pretty lamp Raimond.
