Romain Sillon is a French designer born in Lyon in 1994, specializing in furniture, lighting, and contemporary objects. After graduating from ECAL in Switzerland in 2017 and studying at the Politecnico di Milano, he has developed an approach that blends technical precision with artisanal sensibility.

His work explores mechanics, movement, and the interactions between material and function. Inspired by the gestural and the experimental in the workshop, he creates minimalist yet expressive objects, where every technical detail becomes an aesthetic element. His creations exude a subtle poetry carried by clean lines and fine materials.

After collaborating with renowned studios such as BIG-GAME, Sylvain Willenz, and Perron & Frères, he founded his own studio in Paris. He now collaborates with international brands such as HAY, notably on the Twist lamp, which has become emblematic of his contemporary and sculptural aesthetic.
