Artoff is the pseudonym of Mr. Bobroff, who is the founder of "Espace Lumière", a well known chain of Parisian showrooms dedicated to the world of lighting.
Artoff works mainly as a lighting consultant in addition to working as a designer for some companies in the sector.
In 1984, he created the Victory project, an elegant V-shaped floor lamp.
