The 1005 Hans 55 ceiling light is an iconic design luminaire reissued by Vaarnii based on a model created by designer Hans-Agne Jakobsson, a major figure in Scandinavian design of the XXᵉ century.

This piece revisits a 1960s classic by replacing the original construction with waxed-oiled Finnish pine, giving the fixture a warm, graphic look. Its conical wooden shape with concentric circles lets soft, golden light filter through the slats, like a subdued natural light that subtly dresses the living space.

This ceiling light is perfectly suited to areas such as a living room, entrance hall, dining room or hallway. It is not suitable for damp areas such as bathrooms, nor for outdoor use. Thanks to its natural wood and soft light diffusion, it creates a warm, enveloping ambience, ideal for creating a friendly, refined atmosphere in contemporary or Scandinavian interiors.

The 1005 Hans 55 ceiling light measures 55 cm in diameter and 26 cm in height. Its 3000K light source is included.
