Here is the suspension, Aeon Rocket, one of Morten Voss' creations for the brand Light Years.

It is one of the first suspensions in history to take full advantage of the luminous qualities of metal and polypropylene in a single design.

The upper shade projects the light downwards, while the lower polypropylene shade illuminates and diffuses the light.

The Aeon Rocket suspension consists of a minimalist aluminium bell for size p3 and steel for size p1, which covers a sumptuous decor.

This incredible honeycomb structure is made of flexible polypropylene strips, folded and assembled by hand: a remarkable craftsmanship.

The plastic material is similar to soft fabric. The repeated geometric patterns form an openwork and ultra-airy structure.

The light filtered through the multiple cells is pleasant: functional and non-dazzling. From the encounter between the refined bell and the worked and precious inner surface comes a surprising and delicate harmony.

The Aeon Rocket suspension is available in 2 colours: grey and black. It is also available in 2 sizes: p1 and p3, for size p1 a 3m cable is available. For size p3 a cable of only 6m is available.
