French company Fermob expands its range with lighting fixtures.

Designed by Tristan Lohner, discover the Balad outdoor hand lamp!

Balad is a true model of practicality! Its ergonomic handle means it can be carried anywhere, as a garden lantern, outdoor hanging light or baby's bedside lamp.

Its aluminum and polyethylene components combine lightness, waterproofing and shock resistance. Its compact size allows it to fit discreetly into small spaces, providing light without cluttering up or heating up.

Its on/off switch lets you set it to three levels of light intensity - 30%, 60% and 100% - for autonomy of 8, 14 and 28 hours respectively. Efficient and eco-friendly, this little nomadic lamp features an energy-efficient LED and a battery that can be recharged simply by plugging it into a USB cable on a computer. Fun and practical, it also adds a contemporary design touch to the outdoor environment.

Presented at the Maison&Objet show in January 2016, Balad is available in a range of colors and variations.
