Designed by André Ricard, the Fontana suspension pays tribute to artist Lucio Fontana, pioneer of a new artistic dimension by piercing his canvases to open up unprecedented perspectives.

Here, this radical gesture inspires a sleek yet bold design: a white-painted steel half-sphere, elegantly slit to let soft, peripheral light filter through. This notch, the aesthetic signature of the piece, allows indirect, enveloping diffusion, accentuated by an internal LED plate that channels the light in a fluid, glare-free manner. At the crossroads of 60s spatial design and technical modernity, Fontana embodies a sculptural and poetic vision of lighting.
