Funiculí is a new edition of a lamp designed in 1979. Lluís Porqueras has always strived for absolute simplicity in his designs, stripping away everything superfluous to leave only the very essence of the object, useful and simple. 30 years on, Funiculí remains highly contemporary, both in its purist forms and in its features.

The name Funiculí comes from the concept of a "funicular" action - moving up and down. The mechanism for raising and lowering the lamp consists of a pair of clamps, making it very easy to adjust the height of the lampshade to suit the user's needs. The shade itself can be rotated 360 degrees to direct the beam of light where it's needed. Funiculí's base is covered with rubber on the bottom, to avoid cold contact between the metal and the floor, and this also adds a certain stability to the lamp. The lamp is available in black, white, red, beige and moss grey and is available as a floor and wall lamp.
