For returned items: We will only accept returns or exchanges of products in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and instructions, and in perfect condition for resale (unsoiled, undamaged, and unworn).

Regarding return packaging: please do not write anything on the product’s shipping box or apply adhesive tape to it. Doing so may result in the return being refused or a deduction from your refund. Our lighting fixtures are fragile; we therefore ask that you return your product in its outer packaging to provide maximum protection against breakage.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
