Our intervention was mainly concentrated in the center of the apartment, which included the entrance hall extended by an angled corridor, a large, slightly quirky bathroom and a small, old-fashioned kitchen. We wanted to preserve the apartment's old-fashioned charm by using retro materials. Thanks to the owners' refined, antique decor, the overall effect is very clean and minimalist...

. The bathroom has been reduced in size to make way for the kitchen-diner. On the floor, we decided to keep the trace of the old hallway by retaining the oak parquet. The kitchen is defined by grey terrazzo tiles. A large white cupboard runs the length of the old corridor. Opposite, the immaculate white kitchen responds. It is enlivened by light wood wall units, a marble worktop and gold handles. The bathroom and WC delimit the entrance area, preventing a direct view of the kitchen as you enter.

The bathroom and WC delimit the entrance area, preventing a direct view of the kitchen as you enter. The double living/dining room has been divided in two to create an additional bedroom. With the dining table now in the galley kitchen, the living room now has a single, clear function, making it more pleasant to live in. The small airlock leading to the two bedrooms and dressing room was defined by a pale pink wall and, above all, by a white metal skylight. It blends perfectly into the décor, as if it had always been there.
