Studio Finna is a Nordic design agency that works on a wide range of projects from conceptual and spatial design to furniture and product design. The company collaborates with international and Finnish clients such as Bolia, Artek, Hakola, Ferm Living and Ikea of Sweden. Studio Finna was established in 2014 by the dynamic duo Hanna-Kaarina Heikkilä and Anni Pitkäjärvi.

Anni Pitkäjärvi has a master's degree in furniture and space design from Aalto University. She also has a degree in industrial design. She is a dynamic problem solver with a hands-on approach to various design challenges. Anni's design signature is clear and reduced, but never boring. In her design practice, she aims to combine artistic vision with mass production feasibility.

"I want to design objects and furniture that are insightful and emotionally affecting without forgetting ease of use."

Hanna-Kaarina Heikkilä is a multidisciplinary designer with skills, knowledge and experience ranging from architectural projects to the smallest details of product design. Her work combines strategic thinking, practical knowledge and experience. She holds a master's degree in design from Aalto University and has also studied architecture at Tampere University.

"I prefer to improve my creativity and knowledge through various design categories. I believe that design thinking and methods can be used in multiple contexts. I am an enthusiastic explorer who wants to take on new challenges and discover intriguing opportunities."

The goal of the studio is to work on variable design projects and be challenged to use design knowledge to open up new opportunities. In the projects, artistic vision is combined with functionality and desirability.
