The Luxcambra story began in 1966 when Joan and Anna decided to change their lives. Driven by perseverance and passion, they began designing and manufacturing lighting fixtures, setting up their workshop in a space lent to them by a friend. Joan, endowed with great charisma and boundless creativity, focused on design and quality from the outset. Minimalist and unpretentious, he designs simple, elegant lamps, seeking above all the satisfaction of a job well done rather than fame.
For her part, Anna, with her keen commercial sense and capacity for hard work, plays an essential role in Luxcambra's development. She quickly opened a boutique to sell Joan's creations, and her meticulousness contributed greatly to the company's success. Their complementarity is the key to Luxcambra's success.
Their children, Meritxell and Roger, were immersed in the world of design and lighting from an early age. Roger, having learned from his father, became a designer and entrepreneur, bringing a new dynamic to the company. Meritxell, after studying law, joined the company and brought her efficiency to bear, ensuring smooth, rigorous management.
Since 2000, Luxcambra has gone international, exporting over 30% of its production across Europe, Asia and Africa. The company, present in homes, offices, hotels and restaurants around the world, owes its success to close collaboration with its partners, the commitment of its employees, and a philosophy of continuous learning to keep moving forward.
