Design artisans Jordi Miralbell and Mariona Raventós have jointly created a diverse range of lighting and furniture, collaborating on multiple projects, including their role as editors and partners at Santa & Cole.

Their lamps, with their poetic shapes and crafted in materials such as parchment, raffia and cotton, offer a diversity of lighting options reflecting the very essence of their creativity. The Dorica floor lamp is a perfect example.

It features a subtle hand-woven ribbon shade that blends harmoniously with a sturdy cylindrical base in dark brown, while a natural leather handle crowns the lamp stem, adding a rustic touch to the whole. Evoking ancestral Greek columns, Dorica embodies strength and stability. To meet the needs of high-traffic areas, a wider stabilizing base is also available as an option.

Dorica presents itself as a radiant light sculpture, a classic allegory representing one of Barcelona's most renowned design duos of the end of the last century, and a manifesto for the importance of industrial craftsmanship as a vehicle for optimal user experience. This floor lamp is ideal for creating a warm atmosphere in a living room or bedroom. It can also be used as a decorative element in a sober room such as a hallway or entrance.

The floor lamp measures 143cm high and 28cm in diameter. A cable with dimmer switch is included. Light sources (3x E27, 2700K, 1521lm) are supplied.
