The Brim suspension, created by designer Ryosuke Fukusada for Hay, is an ideal piece of mood lighting.

Featuring a colored pressed glass shade, it is inspired by the classic glass pendants of yesteryear. Brim modernizes this familiar typology with contemporary materials and construction to optimize its functionality while retaining its timeless aesthetic. The inner sphere conceals the bulbs, surrounded by a distinctive fluted glass shade that enhances light diffusion. Thanks to its compact size, Brim lends itself perfectly to individual installation in small spaces, such as corridors or above counters.

To integrate Brim into your interior, consider playing with height and layout to create a unique ambience. For a dynamic, eye-catching visual effect above a dining table or kitchen island. Thanks to its retro style, the suspension is ideal for subtly illuminating a reading corner or bookcase. Brim can also be combined with a more industrial decor for a touch of lightness.

The suspension measures 34.5 cm in diameter and 12.3 cm in height. Light source not included. We recommend 2 G9 bulbs, 6W max.
