Designed by Corrado Dotti for the Italian company Tooy, the Filipa 555.22 suspension is part of a collection conceived in 2024.

Inspired by traditional Chinese lanterns, this graphic piece plays with volumes and contrasts while asserting a strong identity.

The textured black metal structure contrasts with the sand-blasted grey interior, visible through the openwork. The rectangular lampshade encloses a double-sided borosilicate glass diffuser that filters soft, even light. The ensemble blends naturally into a contemporary or minimalist interior, either as a solo piece or as a repeated wall composition.

The suspension features an integrated LED module for direct downlighting, combined with a 5W max G9 bulb (not included) to be inserted in the diffuser. Lighting is 360° diffused, fixed and dimmable (phase cut compatibility). Black cable measures 1.5 m, allowing free installation. Surface-mounted rose included.
