Designer Johan Takagi creates the timeless Lamella suspension lamp for the iconic Danish publishing house, Le Klint.

As its name suggests, this suspension is inspired by the delicate folds on the underside of mushrooms known as "lamella". The Lamella suspension captivates with its highly contemporary yet classic and timeless design. The Lamella can be installed in any room in your home, decorating as well as illuminating. Also, thanks to its refined design, the suspension easily adapts to the rest of your decor.



The Lamella suspension is made using an ancient production technique, PLICA. Its pleated paper structure gives it an original design and adds charm to the suspension. Lamella lights up both large and small rooms. In fact, Lamella is ideal for common rooms such as living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens and hallways. It diffuses a beautiful, soft ambient light and dresses your rooms with elegance and refinement. It's also perfect for your bedroom or study.
