The Pao lighting collection, designed by Naoto Fukasawa for Hay, is inspired by Mongolia.

Based on traditional Mongolian tents, Fukasawa wanted to reproduce the soft, comforting atmosphere of these tents through this suspension lamp. Simple and discreet in form, this luminaire is designed to adapt to its environment.

Composed of a 23 cm-diameter steel shade and an acrylic diffuser, the Pao suspension diffuses a soft, direct light. It can be installed in an entrance hall or living room for a cosy ambience, or in a workspace for an elegant minimalist feel.

The suspension measures 23cm in diameter and 10cm in height.
Light sources are not supplied. We recommend 2 G9 bulbs, 5W max.
