The Terra suspension is imagined by Studio OEO for Danish brand Mater, and is part of the eponymous collection launched in 2025.

It inaugurates the brand's first light series made from Matek™, an innovative material incorporating recycled coffee grounds, a symbol of Mater's commitment to sustainability. Designed for indoor use, this piece reflects the collaboration between minimal design and new materials.

With its clean conical lines and textured intense rust finish, Terra embodies a raw, contemporary aesthetic. The Matek™ material lends the object an original tactile dimension, while allowing discreet integration of technical elements. Hanging alone above a table or in series in a kitchen or hallway, it blends in
perfectly into a natural interior or one with industrial accents.

With a diameter of 17.5 cm and a height of 11 cm, the pendant features a 3.2-meter cable. It offers fixed direct lighting, ideal for targeted areas. The GX53 bulb is not included (max. wattage 10W) and the rosette must be ordered separately. The suspension can be dimmed according to the type of bulb chosen, so the light variation depends on the bulb.
