High Life S is a pendant light imagined by Sara Efia Reddin in 2020 for the collection of Golden Editions, a brand promoting the Ghanaian craft.

High Life L is a suspension composed of a large shade and a cable with its canopy. The shade is hand-woven by craftsmen according to the tradition of Bolga weaving, a craft originating from the Bolgatanga region in Northern Ghana. The material used is grass, the Veta Vera grass : it is cultivated locally, harvested before being twisted and pulled until it becomes smooth and resilient reeds, that are finally hand-dyed with natural pigments. The rhythmic stripes with open weaved let the light shine through to create a cosy and natural atmosphere. Whether individually or in a group, High Life L is perfect above a table, in a living-room, or in a bedroom.

The light source is not included (1x E27 bulb). The suspension is delivered with a black fabric twisted cable and a brass canopy.

High Life L is available is three colours: herb, midnight, and hazelnut.

The High Life series is made of the pendant lamps: High Life S, High Life M, and High Life L.

Each piece is unique, some variations in size and shape are part of the artisanal process.
