Norwegian brand Northern Lighting reissues the gray floor lamp, Birdy floor.

Birdy is a design timelessness available as a wall, floor and table lamp designed by the great architect Birger Dahl in 1952, in a modernist style.
The plus of this luminaire comes from its conical lampshade that allows a beautiful diffusion of light and its rotating arm that adjusts the angle of illumination.
This series of luminaires was produced and sold by the Norwegian electricity company Sønnico (Oslo) for many years.

In 1954, the table lamp, then known as "S-30016" was awarded the esteemed Gold Medal at the Milan Triennale.

In 2013, Northern Lighting decided to relaunch this classic edition, taking care to preserve the original shape and highly functional features that gave this luminaire its charm.

The Birdy floor lamp, made of aluminum and steel, has become a design icon, perfectly at home in an office, bedroom or living room.

Its height, width and cable measure 133cm, 67cm and 2m respectively.

This luminaire is supplied without bulb. We recommend a 60W E27 bulb. br>

It is available in two other colors, black and white.
