Created by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl for the 101 Copenhagen brand, the Frame suspension is part of the Frame collection, launched in 2017.

Designed for indoor use, this collection revolves around the idea of framing the light source. By combining layers of contrasting materials, Frame offers a distinctive and atmospheric lighting experience, where light and structure respond to each other to create an object that is both functional and decorative.

The Frame suspension combines a perforated metal body with a transparent glass envelope with rounded ends, softening the industrial rigor of the metal to offer a fluid, graphic expression. The integrated LED source, enclosed in a white acrylic tube, diffuses a warm, even 360° light, enhancing the depth and character of the layered design. The chrome finish and tubular shape allow the suspension to blend harmoniously into dining rooms, kitchens or large open spaces, alone or in composition, for a sculptural, structuring effect.

Made of metal and glass, the pendant measures W 98 cm x H 85 cm and is mounted in a fixed position via a 5-meter black cable. The integrated LED source delivers 2059 lumens at 2700 K.
