Created by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl for the 101 Copenhagen brand, the Frame Big wall sconce belongs to the Frame collection, launched in 2017.

Designed for interior use, this collection revolves around the idea of framing light. By combining layers of contrasting materials, Frame stages a subtle interplay between opacity and transparency, creating a distinctive and atmospheric lighting experience.

The Frame Big sconce combines a perforated metal body with a clear glass outer shell with rounded ends, softening the rigor of the metal to offer a fluid, balanced expression. The chrome finish reflects the light and emphasizes the tubular lines of the design, while the integrated LED source diffuses a warm, homogeneous 360° light. This balance between industrial material and visual softness gives the sconce a strong decorative presence, ideal for illuminating a hallway, living room or entrance. Used alone, it draws the eye like a sculptural piece; installed in series, it structures the space with elegance and regularity.

Made of metal and glass, the wall light measures W 10 cm x H 50 cm. It is equipped with an included LED light source, offering 2059 lumens at a temperature of 2700 K, and guarantees diffused, even lighting. Its fixed wall mounting ensures stability and discretion, while enhancing the verticality of the format.
