Designed by Francesca Smiraglia for KDLN, the Kate 43 suspension is part of the Kate collection, developed for interior lighting.

This 2026 creation reflects the Italian brand's architectural approach, in which technical function dialogues with a precise and assertive formal style.

Kate 43 features a diffuser that can be tilted, held in suspension by a taut cable punctuated by a ring that frees the orientation of the light. Its slender conical shape, here in a white finish, adds a controlled graphic presence without weighing down the space. Installed on its own above a table or as a composition in a living room or professional space, it structures the volume while providing direct, diffused light, ideal for accompanying everyday uses with precision.

The luminaire has a diameter of 43 cm and a height of 8 cm, with a projecting rosette and a black cable up to 4.5 m long. It features a 24.5 W LED module with a warm light output of 2700 K and a luminous flux of 2520 lm, with excellent color rendering (CRI > 90). The luminaire is phase dimmable, offering precise control of light intensity.
