The Gubi publishing house presents Satellite 27, a suspension lamp imagined by the famous and talented Hungarian designer Mathieu Matégot and reissued this year among the luminaires in their collections! Satellite is a true icon of 1950s design.

The lampshade is also topped by a large hat in black lacquered steel and its cloud-white lantern.

Original and contemporary, it is inspired by Asian lanterns. The colored shade in openwork, pleated sheet metal resembles a fishnet fabric. It lets light filter through tiny perforated openings, creating a fairy-tale play of shadows on a wall. The result is full of charm, poetry and lightness. Satellite easily finds its place in a living room and stands out from other objects thanks to its elegant allure.

The Satellite 27 suspension measures 27cm in diameter for a height of 38cm. This timeless model is available in various colors (midnight black, rain gray, cherry red, Venetian gold, and cloud white) and in a smaller size of 22cm in diameter.
