French designer and architect Charlotte Perriand (1903-1999) is part of the modern movement of the 20th century. She designed Pivotante in 1950. Its simple and avant-garde design consists of a steel base and a rotating aluminium lampshade. Charlotte Perriand favors the useful by creating a cylindrical body that can be opened on the sides. A very modern table lamp for the time! The light can be directed in all directions with a more or less intensity according to your needs. Indeed, the screens make it possible to reduce the opening angle on the light source and thus adjust the intensity. A true icon of design for all architecture fans...

Pivotante is both modern and timeless. Its retro style brings back the nostalgia of the 1950s into your home while being particularly functional. You can easily position it on a desk, bookcase or table for direct lighting or to create a warm atmosphere.

White, yellow or blue, Pivotante is timeless!
It measures 20cm high and 12.5cm in diameter. The screens can be moved up to 360° to control the intensity of the light. The switch is located on the 2.5m cable. The light source is not included. We recommend an E27 LED light bulb, 60W max.
