The Scala wall sconce is a creation by designer Émilie Cathelineau for the French house CVL, unveiled in 2025.

Designed for interior use, this decorative piece is part of the Art Deco design universe, revisited with a contemporary, streamlined touch.

Its design is based on a minimalist architectural language in which the interlocking of carefully proportioned brass tubes creates a structured, elegant rhythm of volumes. The cylindrical diffuser in opaline polycarbonate softens the light while maintaining a discreet graphic presence. At the head of a bed, in a hallway or as a series in a corridor, Scala introduces a refined verticality and a subtle play of shadows. Decorative anecdote: its satin copper finish goes particularly well with natural materials such as linen or light oak, enhancing the softness of its light diffusion.

Scala diffuses an even 360° light, thanks to its opaline diffuser mounted on a cylindrical brass structure. The sconce measures 7.5 cm long by 20 cm high and works with a G9 LED bulb (5W max, not supplied). The model is dimmable, depending on the installation and the bulb chosen, allowing you to adjust the lighting ambience.
