The duo Marie & Alexandre designed the PYL collection for French brand Petite Friture, launched in 2025.

This series of LED luminaires, available in pendant, floor and wall/ceiling versions, draws its inspiration from the elementary shapes and visual codes of signal lights. The model presented here, in large wall or ceiling version, is made of steel.

Mounted parallel to the wall or ceiling, this cylindrical wall/ceiling fixture is accompanied by two molded glass discs that diffuse the light at the ends. Its graphic shape and red-painted steel finish make it an architectural decorative piece, which can be installed on its own or in a linear composition to emphasize a circulation, a picture rail or a section of wall. Thanks to its IP44 protection rating, it is equally at home in bathrooms or covered outdoor areas.

This luminaire emits direct and indirect lighting via an integrated 20W LED module (1920 lumens, 2700K), dimmable with phase cut-off depending on the installation. The light is fixed and precise, with excellent color rendering (CRI >90). The Pyl wall/ceiling lamp measures 8cm in length and 75cm in height. Surface-mounted installation.
