Pendant light, Almendra Organic S3 Y Short, nude, LED, 2700K, 4200 lm, L161,1cm, H58,5cm - Flos

Created by Patricia Urquiola in 2022 for Flos, Almendra is a modular lighting system whose shapes and colours are reminiscent of the almond tree, from which it takes its name.

An ambitious project in terms of design and materials, a synthesis of poetry and sustainability achieved with the help of sublime design and cutting-edge technology.

For the Almendra Linear, each petal can be turned in steps of 60° to obtain a different configuration and lighting mood, provided that the symmetry of the appliance is respected so that the lamp remains balanced one assembled.

Almendra is sustainable: no glue is used to assemble the different parts; it complies with the ISCC protocol; it can be completely dismantled, and each par can be recycled properly; and the petals are made of a special polycarbonate deriving from a by-product of paper production.

Light source included (1 x LED 45W 4200lm 2700K CRI95).
