Discover the Coral suspension, finished in natural bamboo, designed by David Trubridge for Moaroom.

The Coral suspension is based on one of the geometric polyhedra David Trubridge has been interested in since childhood. He deploys his geometric knowledge in the manufacture of functional objects, in this case the lampshade, composed of 60 identical pieces assembled together.

His main aim is to explore lighting structures, both enveloping and traversing, in order to achieve a formidable interplay of light and shadow. The Coral suspension lamp in natural wood is a sculptural luminaire that occupies space by letting light pass through its openwork structure. Smaller models can be placed above a dining table or in a bedroom, while larger models are designed to illuminate larger spaces with high ceilings, such as an entrance hall or living room.

The bamboo luminaire declines in favor of a more contemporary design.
Bamboo luminaires come in a range of sizes and finishes. The Coral collection can be complemented by other fixtures from designer David Trubridge's range to create an ensemble rich in form, color and play of light.

The suspension measures 40cm in diameter and 40cm in height. The Led E14 bulb with a maximum power of 11W is not supplied, but is recommended for the luminaire to work properly. Rosette not supplied. The lampshade is sold in kit form to minimize the carbon footprint during transport.
