The dog lamp straight out of the 70's is now up to date.
Passionate about design, Italian Fernando Cassetta decided in the early 70's to create a pet for his dog. Indeed, his pet is often at the feet of his office, and refuses to leave him. This lamp wants to bring him real entertainment, and reduce his loneliness. This first piece was 50cm high and was in plexiglass.
Its design pleases a lot. Soon the lamp met with real success in Italy and throughout the world. The collection expands to 6 versions: dog, basset dog, toucan, penguin, bear, mouse.

Today, Fernando Cassetta decides to relaunched it in limited edition with the help of the manufacturer Camtecs, specializing in 3D printing.
This lamp Dog with the red face and the black eye will be reedited in 3D from March 1st 2017.
Thanks to this manufacturing process (3D printing), this dog lamp that some will recognize, combines vintage by its retro look and modernity by its 3D manufacture. The design and functionality will be identical to the original edited by Tacman.

As originally, the dog's head moves and allows to modulate the luminous intensity that comes from the dog's body. New technologies at the service of Vintage!
Equipped with an LED headband, this lamp will decorate and enliven all bedside tables, desks or couch !
The Cassetta dog lamp will be produced 100% in France in a limited edition of 50 pieces and distributed exclusively at Nedgis.
