Domo, a sober and elegant floor lamp!

The Domo Floor lamp, designed by Joe Colombo in 1965, has now been reissued by Karakter.

Joe Colombo was an Italian designer who developed objects with the aim of fulfilling all everyday functions, thanks to experimentation with new materials and the latest technologies. He believed in democratic, functional design and conceived objects to be used in many different ways, and it was with this philosophy in mind that the Domo lamp was conceived in 1965 with simple geometric shapes. Colombo often rejected sharp angles and straight lines in favor of rounded shapes.

The floor lamp's sleek design makes it timeless and ideal for modern, retro or industrial decor.
With a classic, minimalist look thanks to its black steel and aluminum base, the floor lamp is perfect for any room in the home, from a living room for mood lighting to a bedroom or office.

This timeless icon measures 190cm in height and has a 40cm diameter base. We recommend the use of an E27 LED bulb with a maximum wattage of 28W, not supplied but available on our site.
